• Once your area has been confirmed, our technical team will carry out a brief survey, after which the sales team will sign you up for a Duma account. Once you have been signed up to a Duma account and you can be connected within 2-10 days.

Once you have been connected, Duma Technical team will share a password and log in with you – you can use these credentials to log on to the internet and enjoy Duma Service.

You will be sent a renewal message prior to the expiry of your service with payment details.  Payment can be made by M-Pesa through Paybill 4042313 and the account number assigned by your Duma Sales Representative.

Log in using the IP address that are displayed behind the router using any browser.  Put the password and username that are behind the router. It will display your password and username and give you a choice to change it.
