What is Duma Home Fibre?

How do I get connected to Duma Home Fibre?
- You must be living in an area within our network coverage. To check our coverage kindly visit, www.dumatel.com or contact us on +254 717 888 222.
- Once you confirm the network coverage, you can contact us through +254 717 888 222. Our representative will create for you an account ,then pay for your preferred package through Mpesa paybill Number xxxxxx.
- You will be connected within 48hrs of payment and upon confirmation of your availability for connection.
- You do not need to worry about the router and installation fee. During installation ,our technical team will come with a Wi-Fi router which will not be charged and the installation is also free.
What do i need to access Duma Home Fibre Service?
You will need a username and password. This will be provided to you after the installation. Thereafter, you will be able to access the service at the comvenience of your home.
How do I pay for or renew Duma Home Fibre Service?
You can pay for the service through Mpesa Paybill No. and your account number. (The account number will be provided to you upon purchase of the service)
How do I upgrade or downgrade my Duma Home Package?

How do I personally change my username and password?
Log in using the IP address that are displayed behind the router using any browser. Put the password and username that are behind the router. It will display your password and username and give you a choice to change it.
In case I’m moving to a new location what should I do about my internet?
When moving to another location, you are advised to take the router with you then call +254 717 888222
Can I test the speed of my internet?
Yes, clients can download the app speed test from the app store, which will give the speed at Mega bites per second or visit the website: www.speedtest.net.
Does the weather affect my internet?
Its not affected by weather because it’s in form of light therefore it’s not affected by electromagnetic waves.
How do I know if my internet is facing a down time?
Green:means the internet is fine. A blinking red light means your internet has lost its signal therefore it’s not affected by electromagnetic waves.
